The Biochemical cOmplex data Integration in Metabolic Models at Genome-scale (BOIMMG) is an open-source, academic and hypothesis-driven framework that aimed at revising the lipid metabolism in Genome-Scale Metabolic (GSM) models. This included gathering lipid-specific information from different sources, expanding the current knowledge in theoretical lipid structures as well as in the biosynthetic relationships between the already listed ones. The existing and new information was applied to complex metabolic networks and can be accessed using the present service.
